PRIMARY IMPACT:

Provides standard administrative, technical, or production services or information that support others, and/or organizes data and information that is used and analyzed by others.

DUTIES:*

1. Schedule, administer, score, and enter results of tests on SIS; report results to examinees; organize, file, maintain, and ensure security/confidentiality of test database on test center premises as well as in SIS.

2. Collect test data, aggregate information, and compile reports using word processing and graphics software.

3. Meet with TASP-tracked students prior to registration to ensure that they enroll in the required remedial courses; perform routine follow-up of students who fall out of TASP compliance.

4. Make presentations to student groups on and off campus concerning assessment services and TASP requirements.

5. Perform assessment and TASP off-campus registration activities.

6. Provide work direction to student assistants.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Knowledge of standardized test administration policies/procedures including test records maintenance and security/confidentiality; computer operations; word processing and graphics software.

Skills in human relations and oral/written communication.

Ability to produce routine statistical test data reports and make group presentations.

MINIMUM AND PREFERRED EDUCATION

Minimum: A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).

Preferred: An Associate's degree (two-year program or two to three years of college) or equivalent formal training.

MINIMUM AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum: One to two years.
