PRIMARY IMPACT:

 

Completes assigned tasks as requested.

 

DUTIES:*

 

1.         Assist callers with inquiries; respond courteously and accurately; route calls as necessary; keep daily log of telephone calls.

 

2.         Data enter information into database system to ensure timely mailout of materials; keep daily log of all mail-out vouchers.

 

3.         Print labels and affix to mail-out materials; tape all material as required by postal office; sort mail by zip code order; and deliver to main mail drop-off facility.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

 

Familiar with computer terminals; knowledge of general office practices.

 

Ability to communicate effectively (oral/written); speak distinctly; communicate clearly and cordially by greeting customers with a friendly attitude over the telephone; follow detailed oral/written instructions; light typing.  Required to lift, push, or pull boxes (up to 20 lbs.) of schedules or catalogs and deliver bulk mail to the main mail drop-off facility.
