PRIMARY IMPACT:
Provides
analytic/diagnostic services or uses highest level technical skills which
noticeably affect work results.
DUTIES:*
1.
Attend all class meetings for which the
Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leader is providing support; take notes, do
homework, read assigned materials.
2.
Conduct three 50-minute study sessions per week;
use strategies learned in SI Leader training.
3.
Plan SI sessions: design handouts, plan cooperative learning
activities.
4.
Met regularly with SI Coordinator; debrief
sessions.
5.
Maintain accurate attendance records.
6.
Assist SI Coordinator in recruiting SI Leader
for the following semester.

Ability to analyze

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
SI Leader
requires completion of at least 15 college credit hours with a minimum 3.0 GPA,
a grade of “B” or better in the targeted or higher level course in the subject
supported by the SI, and attendance at a Supplemental Instruction Leader
training workshop prior to the beginning of each semester of employment. Must have at least 2 points from the
education and/or experience tables.
