* The SLAC lab will begin picking up tests 10 minutes before the closing time and not stay open beyond our hours of operation for you to complete a test, so please allow yourself enough time to complete your exam before the specified closing time.

Students must be currently enrolled to use the SLAC
All services are FREE of charge for currently enrolled students
Computer Services:
- Student must have a valid ACCD Photo ID (or a photo ID issued by a governmental agency - driver's license, military ID, passport, etc)
- No appointment needed
- Computers available on a first come first serve basis
- Only programs currently installed on the computers can be used
Software Programs Available include:
- Word Processing using Microsoft Office XP and 2000; WordPerfect 6.1
- Internet Access using Netscape or Internet Explorer
- Accounting General Ledger program to accompany the Principals of Accounting textbook
- Plato for the Basic Skills Enrichment Program

Tutoring Services:
- Students must have a valid Photo ID and a copy of their class schedule
- One-on-one and Online tutoring are done by appointments only
- One-on-one tutoring appointments may be made in person or by phone (see phone number above)
- Online tutoring appointments must be made using the online request form
To be eligible for tutoring services:
- Students must be currently enrolled in the subject being tutored
- Students must provide his/her textbooks and materials
- Students should prepare his/her questions before the session begins
