Welcome to the Thomas C. Hoy Leadership Institute! The primary purpose of the Hoy Leadership Institute is to develop San Antonio College's number one resource - our staff. The Hoy Leadership Institue is a selective program for staff who wish to develop leadership skills, grow in their current positions, and prepare themselves for their future.

The program is considered job related, therefore classes are offered during regular work hours. Supervisors are encouraged to work with their staff to allot time for this valuable training. Start now in discussing this program with your supervisor to fit it into your work schedule.

Applications for 2008-2009 leadership program are now closed. Consider applying for the leadership program next year. Application process begins June 2009.

We are still accepting mentor applications. Submit application form to any Hoy Leadership committee member.
