The following guidelines are designed to provide maximum protection for the Rolling
Multimedia Units from theft and damage and to establish a system for equitable usage by
all Certified personnel.
Although the Rolling Multimedia Units are network ready, the classrooms in which they are to be used
must have active data connections before Internet resources may be projected. To inquire about
available network connections in a classroom or for technical assistance on the rolling unit equipment,

Instructional Technologies & Innovation Center at 486-0030.
At the end of each semester, need for Rolling Multimedia Units will be evaluated and, based
on usage,
they may be moved to another location.
Any department or individual that does not follow current guidelines for the Rolling Multimedia Units or that allows unauthorized usage, care, or movement of the Units
will lose the privilege of using them.
