To check the Status of Your Financial Aid Application:

• Go to: http://www.accd.edu
• Click Student Information Access & Online Registration
• Click Login to Web for Students
• Click San Antonio College
• Click Login to Student Services
• Enter your SSN as the ID#, and your PIN (4-digits), is month and year of birth (MMYY) . Call 220-1616 for help with your PIN number and student login.
• Click Personal Financial Aid Information and select award year to view financial aid data
• Click Accept Awards to “Accept” or “Decline” financial aid offered, go to action box, make selection, then <click> the submit button to record your selection.
• Click Student Requirements to see if documents are needed.
• Click Registration and Schedule then Account Summary and select the term to view financial aid paid to your account at the Bursar’s Office.

To check The status of your Financial Aid Scholarship, Grant or loan check:

• Click Login to Web for Students
• Click San Antonio College
• Click Login to Student Services

  • Enter your SSN as the ID#, and your PIN (4-digits), is month and year of birth (MMYY) . Call 220-1616 for help with your PIN number and student login
    
  Under Student Records

• Click Account Summary/Credit Card or Web Check Payment and select the academic term where funds are posted to view the amounts and residual funds (Vouchers payable) to be released.

***Note*** Vouchers Payable posted under Descripton means a check has been generated for you. A Scheduliing detailing check Distribursements is posted online as "News" at the Fiscal Affairs web-site at:
http://www.accd.edu/district/fiscalaf/fiscalaffairs.html
