First Year Experience Center
The First Year Experience Center offers special services and assistance
first year students. The purpose
of the program is to retain participating students beyond their critical first
year of college where the majority of drop outs occur. Through extensive
one-on-one student services and academic support, students are helped to adjust
to college life and acquire the skills needed to become successful students.
