
St. Philip’s College Department of Continuing Education is currently seeking part-time instructors to teach the following courses:
Medical Front Office
Must have completed a formal training program in a related field and have 3-5 years front and back office experience in a medical office setting. Supervisory experience preferred.
Spanish for Healthcare
Bilingual medical professional with demonstrated proficiency in the Spanish language. Previous teaching experience preferred.
Certified Nurse Aide
Must be a licensed nurse in the State of Texas with at least 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care facility. Must have prior experience teaching adults, or supervising nurse aides.
Medication Administration
Must be a registered nurse (RN) in the State of Texas. Must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility, or be an instructor in a school of nursing.
Nursing Home Activity Director
Must be a Certified Nursing Home Activity Director with at least 3 years of experience.
Food Service Manager Certification
Must hold a Texas Department of State Health Services license or ServSafe certification.
Hotel and Motel Manager Certification
