PRIMARY IMPACT:
Provides standard administrative, technical, or production services or information that support others, and/or organizes data and information that is used and analyzed by others.
DUTIES:*
1. Provide support for academic support services programming/office activities: assessment, tutoring, Limited English Assistance program.
2. Assist in documenting/monitoring remedial status of TASP and non-course-based remedial students.
3. Process TASP notices to ensure students remain in TASP compliance.
4. Assist in collecting/compiling student TASP performance and non-credit remediation course data.
5. Prepare component-related forms and maintain regular filing system.
6. Process requisitions and perform bookkeeping to monitor expenditures.
7. Maintain stock of office supplies; conduct inventory and re-order.
8. Perform other routine administrative support tasks as assigned by the Director.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Knowledge of general office practices and the fundamentals of word processing and graphics software.
Corrected typing skill of sixty (60) wpm.
Ability to understand/apply TASP procedures; organize/maintain accurate and detailed records; and deal tactfully with the public, students, and employees.

Specifically, the position prefers courses in accounting, computers, and records management.
MINIMUM AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Three to four years.
Preferred: Five to eight years.
Specifically, the position requires records management experience.
Previous experience with TASP preferred.
