PRIMARY IMPACT:
Completes assigned tasks as requested.
DUTIES:*
1. Oversee use of facilities during special events.
2. Show facilities to prospective clients; provide tours and information on rental/usage according to established policies.
3. Direct/delegate work to assistants; may assist with the setting up and tearing down of all special events.
4. Recruit, orient, and train assistants.
5. Inspect work performed to ensure building readiness; secure building after use.
