Modeling: Viewing a Degree Audit for a Different Degree Plan

If you are thinking about changing your major you can model your degree audit to show you how far along you would be if you decided to switch degree plans. You can select a new major, a new degree program and/or a new catalog year to see how the courses you have completed stack up with what you will need in order to graduate with that major or degree program.

1) To begin, select "Modeling" in the screen below.

Select Modeling

2) Select the major that you are thinking about changing to.

3) Select the degree program that you are interested in.

4) Select the catalog year. The words "(Primary program)" will be displayed next to the year that you were admitted into your college and began working towards your degree program. If you are looking at a newer catalog to select a new major or degree program select that year.

5) Your degree audit is displayed. Section 1 is your personal information. This will contain the same information that is on your Primary Degree Audit.

6) Section 2 is a list of your remaining academic requirements. This will contain all of the classes that you will need to complete in order to graduate with the major and degree program that you selected.

7) Section 3 is a list of your completed (or in progress) courses that will count toward the major and degree program desired.
