Mediation Program

The Office of Legal Services is dedicated to developing the human capital of the Alamo Colleges and strengthening its financial, technological, and physical capacities for first-rate student and community services.

A prudent steward of generous financial support from all residents of Bexar County, Texas, Alamo Colleges is actively managing the legal risks attendant upon its status as a large, vibrant local governmental entity comprised of several institutions of higher education. To strengthen its capacity to serve, Alamo Colleges seeks to mediate, rather than litigate, disputes. It has contracted with the mediators listed below to help employees and supervisors work together to resolve workplace disputes.
