The Alamo Community College District (ACCD) is receiving sealed bids/proposals not later than 2:00 PM local time, unless otherwise indicated, on the dates shown below at the George E. Killen Community and Education Service Center, Purchasing Office, 201 W. Sheridan, Bldg. A, Room 102, San Antonio, Texas, 78204.

All bids/proposals will be publicly opened in the Bid Opening Room. Any bids/proposals submitted after the published deadline will be returned unopened. Specifications are available at the above address, are available by download, or by emailing the Purchasing Department. The downloadable files are in WORD format. To download, click on the title of the project you wish to receive, fill out the form and a downloadable link will appear. If you wish to view the project before downloading, please click on the VIEW ONLY SPECIFICATIONS under each project to view in Adobe PDF format. Need Acrobat Reader? Click here.

Project Addenda, if issued, will be posted in PDF format below the project title. ACCD will attempt to distribute addenda to all known specification holders, however, prospective bidders/offerors are ultimately responsible for downloading them from ACCD's web site prior to submission of a bid or proposal.

At this time, projects listed as CONSTRUCTION are not available in downloadable format. You may click on the title to view a brief description. Links will be added to this page as they become available.

Bidders/Offers who receive their Bid/Proposal documents by electronic means must submit a sealed hard-copy response to be received at the ACCD Purchasing Department on or before the published deadline. Electronic or facsimile responses will not be accepted, unless specifically allowed in the specifications.

In accordance with ACCD policy C.2.3.4. enacted January 24, 2006, all questions or inquiries on projects titled below as "CONSTRUCTION" or "DESIGN" must be directed to the ACCD Legal Affairs Department by emailing rreyes270@alamo.edu
