All bids/proposals will be publicly opened in the Bid Opening Room. Any bids/proposals submitted after the published deadline will be returned unopened. Project Addenda, if issued, will be posted in PDF format below the project title. Prospective bidders/offerors are ultimately responsible for downloading them from ACCD's web site prior to submission of a bid or proposal. Bidders/Offers who receive their Bid/Proposal documents by electronic means must submit a sealed hard-copy response to be received at the ACCD Purchasing Department on or before the published deadline. Electronic or facsimile responses will not be accepted, unless specifically allowed in the specifications.
