Library Continuations / Standing Orders - Contract #07A-001

This is a three-year district wide contract for library continuations/standing orders for the Learning Resource Centers of Northeast Campus, Northwest Vista College, Palo Alto College, St. Philip's College and San Antonio College. Library Continuations / Standing Orders Encompass those titles which are updated / published on continuing periodic basis (such as annually, semi-annually, or quarterly). This contract is based on discount off publisher's list and applicable service charges. This service provides for the placement of orders with individual publishers and the handling of follow-up activity, payments and any necessary claims.
