Smart Data On-Line
Smart Data On-Line (SDOL) is a secure web-based card management tool.
This application is an online reporting tool that allows you to access
P-Card transactions securely over the Internet. It can help you expedite
expense reporting by allowing you to review expenses, cost allocate
and split transactions, and run reports – all online and at
your convenience. All you need is a user ID, a password, and access
to the Internet. As a P-Card user, you have access to your own account
data and transactions. Your Budget Manager may also have access to
your account data in order to review or cost allocate transactions
on your account. The P-Card administrator also has access to all accounts
to review transactions.
