Below, please find a selection of other giving opportunities that the staff from the ACCD Institutional Advancement Office would be happy to discuss with you.

Payment Options

  • Check
  • Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover). If giving by credit card simply provides your account number, name on the card, and expiration date.
  • Payroll Deduction (Alamo Colleges Employees). Contact the Alamo Colleges Employee Services Department to set-up a convenient payroll deduction (in any amount and any number of pay periods).
  • Automatic Cash Transfer. This transfer is arranged through your personal bank or financial services provider. No hassles. No monthly or quarterly reminders.
  • Company Matching Gifts

Your contribution to The ACCD Foundation may qualify for a matching gift from your employer, and some employers honor spouse and/or contributions. Please check with the personnel office to learn your company's policies.

Stocks and Securities

Long-term, appreciated stocks and securities are almost always an excellent way to provide financial support.

Real Estate

Real estate gifts, such as single-family homes, vacation property, condominiums, office buildings, vacant lots and farms and ranches, are an excellent way to support the mission of the ACCD Foundation as well as to provide important benefits to you and your family.

Tangible Property

For many donors, tangible personal property, such as art, antiques or collectibles, represents some of their most valuable assets with which to make charitable gifts. Because the IRS rules for gifts of tangible personal property are quite different than those for gifts of cash or other types of property, we encourage you to contact the Office of Development if you are interested in making such a gift.

Estate Planning

Wills, life insurance policies, charitable trusts, and gift annuities are excellent estate planning tools for making that long-term gift.
