Personalized Access to Learning and Services (PALS) is a web-based portal which can be modified by each user to meet his or her online needs and preferences.

PALS Hours of Operation

PALS & PALS Email is available 24/7, with the exception of 3 AM to 4 AM
for maintenance updates.

PALS Administrative Services also know as Web for Faculty, Students, and Employees are available during the times listed below. These services include: Student Registration, Financial Aid, Grades, Faculty Class Lists, Grade Uploads, Employee Benefits, Leave Balances, Pay Stubs etc.,

PALS Administrative Services Hours of Operation:

  • 7 AM to 11 PM. Mon - Thur.
  • 7 AM to 8 PM. on Fri.
  • 8 AM to 8 PM. on Sat.
  • 12 Noon to 8 PM Sun.

Email Disk Usage Policy

  • Max. email size including attachments 20 mb
  • Max. disk space (student) email account 50 mb
  • Max. disk space (employee) email account 250 mb
  • Staff will receive a warning message when 200 mb is reached. When 225 mb is reached, a Prohibit Send message will display. When 250 mb is reached, a Prohibit Send & Receive message will display.
    (Note: 1,000 kb = 1 mb)
  • Students will receive a warning message when 40 MB is reached. When 45 MB is reached, a Prohibit Send message will display. When 50 MB is reached, a Prohibit Send & Receive message will display.  (Note:  1,000 KB = 1 MB)

Is PALS secure?

PALS uses frames to build pages therefore you do not see the lock icon in the browser. However, PALS is secure. This secure site allows you to check email, register for courses, communicate with other students and faculty, and take care of all aspects of college business.

If you're using Internet Explorer: Right click anywhere around the login username and password area and click Properties. Under Connection, you should find: SSL 3.0, RC4 with 128 bit encryption (High); RSA with 1024 bit exchange.

If you're using a Netscape browser: Right click anywhere around the login username and password area and click View Frame Info. Under Security, you should find: This is a secure document that uses a high-grade encryption key for U.S. domestic use only (RC4, 128 bit).
