Outlook 2003 Training
In this two hour session you will become proficient using Outlook 2003. This session will cover new system enhancements, how to configure exchange email accounts in Outlook, how to compose, send and receive e-mail, how to work with contact lists, share folders, collaborate with other exchange users, how to use the out-of-office assistant, organize information within Outlook, how to access Outlook via the web, Public Folders, Advanced features and more.
Why is this training relevant to me?
ACCD will be upgrading the email system to Microsoft Exchange Server. This means that as of May 24th, 2007 all PALS email accounts (palsid@mail.accd.edu) will have new features (i.e., share folders, share calendars, out-of-office assistant) available. PALS Email accounts will be available via the Outlook desktop and via the web within PALS. Outlook 2003 training is now available. Register to attend one of the training sessions and learn about the new features that will be available with the new email system.
Outlook 2003 Training Manuals are available only for Employees, they can be downloaded via PALS File Share. For assistance contact Support Central at 220-1616. You can download Outlook 2003 Help Guides by cliking the link on the right under Resource Liks.

Register For Training
- Login to PALS (http://www.accd.edu/pals/)
- Click the "Employee" tab
- Scroll down to "Train-Track" and click "View Courses"
- Find OL2003 (under Course column) and click the Class Schedule link to its left
- Scroll down to "Register for a Session"
- Click the "Add Course" link to register for a session. To confirm that you have successfully registered, scroll up to the "My Registered Courses" section.
