A list of key services from the ACCD Information Technology department. Our department provides computing and communication infrastructure and support for the teaching and learning activities at ACCD.

Survey Solutions
ACCD Information Technologies develops and maintains a suite of survey solutions to support academic and administrative survey initiatives. 

E-mail Services
In an effort to provide a reliable, functional and a unified email service, ACCD IT will undertake an enterprise level email upgrade project. The project will involve upgrade to new hardware, new anti-spam and email application software for ACCD's largest email system.
Telecommunications Services
ACCD Information Technologies department is responsible for providing all telecommunication support services including installation of telephone lines, devices, voicemail, long distance and PBX switchboards. 
Mail Services
Information Technologies Mail Services provides metered mail services the US Post Office for District business mail. Pony services are also provided to and from district and college locations.
Network Services
Information Technologies Network Services is generally responsible for all Enterprise networking resources, including enterprise system maintenance, servers, routers, internet service and network security services. 
Client Services
Client Support Services, a unit of ACCD's Information Technology Services, includes the Support Central Helpdesk, software distribution, desktop support, IT training, end-user systems, integration services and software site license coordination. The purpose of Client Services, as well as this web site, is to help you find answers.
