CIP BondReport Issues

Report all network related issues to Support Central 210-485-0555.

When reporting a network issue have the following information available:

  1. How widespread is the problem? Is it affecting one machine, an entire office, floor, or building?
  2. What is the IP name or number of the device having a problem?
  3. What is the MAC or hardware address of the device having a problem?

Once the situation has been assessed a trouble ticket will be generated. If you need to call back about the issue, have the trouble ticket number readily available to speed things up!
