  • Faster single sign-on
  • Status on surveys taken will be viewable to students
  • Course name will be displayed to students while taking the survey

Academic Surveys (Non-electronic)

Introduction

The standard “Alamo Colleges Student Survey Form” will allow the student to give feedback about his/her instructor and the overall learning experience.  The non-electronic survey may be administered to students registered for online courses as well as traditional face to face courses.

Department Chairs decide which classes are evaluated via this (paper) survey.

The following features are part of this option:

  1. Students complete the standard non-electronic survey in a classroom
  2. Department Chairs (SAC, NLC, SPC) or the College Institutional Research Department (NVC, PAC) assign a person to scan the surveys
  3. At the time of scanning, reports are generated.  Reports available:  By Call #, By Course (i.e., all ENGL 1301 sections), By Instructor, By Department
  4. Department Chair (NLC, SPC) accounts are available to retrieve the reports at any time.  (NVC, PAC, SAC accounts are not available at this time).
