Directory Updates
To request change in Telephone Directory:
- Click eRequest on the top menu.
- Enter your Userid, then click 'Next'
- Enter or verify your personal information, then click 'Next'
- Click the 'Telephone, Pager, and Mail Services' box
- Click the drop-down menu, select 'Change in Telephone Directory', click 'Next'
- Under 'Description of Services,' enter the description of services needed. Please include the Full Name of the individual, BLDG/Room, Title (if applicable), and email address.
- Scroll down to the Justification section and enter a justification (i.e. New Employee needs to be added to the directory).
- Scroll down and Select a desired completion date
- Scroll down and click 'Send Request'
