Non-Emergency Issues
Students may e-mail a description of a problem to helpdesk@alamo.edu. IT Support will respond to cases submitted via email within 24 hours or sooner. If IT Support cannot resolve your question, the staff will forward your case to the appropriate System Administrator for resolution. Please note, our System Administrators do not necessarily have the same hours as IT Support, but have committed to a response time of 24 hours or sooner upon receipt of the request. If you are affected by an unscheduled outage of an Alamo College service, the system administrator will be contacted to begin the process of emergency diagnosis and repair of the service.
Emergency Issues
If an Alamo Colleges service experiences an outage outside of IT Support's operating hours, please call 210-222-0911. DPS staff on duty will be able to determine if an outage exists and report it to the appropriate support group for repair. Questions regarding applications will not be answered or logged by individuals outside of IT Support's operating hours.
