English Language Fellows Program (ELFP)

The English Language Fellows Program (or ELFP) places highly qualified English language specialists around the world to exchange education regarding teaching English as a foreign language. This program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and Georgetown University. John Thomas is the Program Manager of the Regional Recruitment Center branch for Georgetown University, and is responsible for promotion of the program, recruiting qualified English language specialists, and managing local interviews of applicants. He is also responsible for making recommendations to Georgetown in order to match the qualifications of the candidates to Georgetown.
