Three
Northwest Vista College students will be featured
on “Great Day SA,” a KENS-5 morning news
program (CBS affiliate), on Wednesday, October 19.
The students — Nicholas Haley, Barbara Gonzalez
and Brandon Wallace—are enrolled in NVC’s
multimedia technology program and participated in
the project for their Advanced Digital Video class,
which is taught by Ron Wojnar. The students videotaped,
produced, and edited a “behind the scenes”
video of the program on which they will be featured.
This is
the second year that NVC multimedia students have
been chosen to produce a “Great Day SA”
segment. In 2003, with only a week to complete the
project, the students shot a documentary of life behind
the scenes at “Great Day SA.” The program
aired on November 25.
“Great
Day SA” airs Monday - Friday from 9 a.m.-10
a.m.
