Students who plan to attend a college of the Alamo Community College District (ACCD)— Northwest Vista College, Palo Alto College, St. Philip’s College and San Antonio College —should take advantage of early registration to get the classes they need before they are full. Although the colleges of the ACCD will be closed Dec. 17-Jan. 1, students can register by phone or on the web Monday-Saturday, now through Dec. 16, as well as Dec. 26-30 and Jan. 2-3. Phone and web registration is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

In order to keep the classes they register for, students must pay their tuition and fees by the appropriate payment deadline, or risk being dropped from the class roll and then have to re-register. Students can pay by phone or on the web through Dec. 16, Dec. 26-30 or Jan. 2. Students who wait until Jan. 3 to pay should pay in person on their respective campus because a phone or web payment may not be approved until the following day, causing them to miss the payment deadline. Payments can be made with cash, a check or a credit card—MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Debit card payments are not accepted. Students can pay with a credit card by phone by calling 301-2520 or by web check at www.accd.edu.

Late registration is available January 4th-7th. Late phone, web, and on-campus registration will also be offered January 9th - 10th at San Antonio College, St. Philip's College and Palo Alto College.

Students should pay as early as possible to avoid long lines. Spring classes begin January 9, 2006. For more information on registration or payment, please call 210-208-8002.
