"Living
Out" by Lisa Loomer tells the story of the complicated
relationship between a Salvadoran nanny and her Anglo
employer. Both women are smart, hardworking mothers
who want better lives for their children. This social
drama and comedy explores the shared humanity between
them and the differences wrought by race, class, and
the nanny's illegal alien status.
