Become a Certified Teacher in Two Years or Less at PAC

The Accelerated Teacher Certification Program at Palo Alto College is
currently accepting applications for its Fall 2007 cohort which begins on
Aug. 20,. A Bachelor¹s degree is required to be considered. The teacher
certification program offers teaching certificates in the following content
areas: English Language Arts and Reading, grades 4-8 and grades 8-12; Science, grades 8-12 (applicants must have a minimum of 18 hours in the science discipline); EC-4th grade Generalist and CATE (Career and Technology Education), grades 6-12.

Cost of the program is $4,500, and a payment plan is available as well as the CAL Loan and the Sallie Mae Continuing Education Loan.
