Enroll in SAC's College for Kids

San Antonio College's Continuing Education Training Network Division will offer the next session of College for Kids beginning July 7.

The three-week session, which meets July 7-25, Monday-Friday, 12:30-5 p.m., is designed for children who have completed the 3rd Grade through children in the 8th Grade. An orientation is scheduled for July 2, 6 p.m. in McAllister Auditorium.

College for Kids is priced at $70 per course, and students may enroll in up to three courses. The schedule follows:

Grades 3-5:
12:30-2 p.m.: Spanish, Strengthening Reading Skills, Power Writing, Computer Applications & Web Design

2-3:30 p.m.: Creative Dramatics, Art Exploration, Drawing & Painting

3:30-5 p.m.: Strengthening Reading Skills, Crazy Science, Power Writing

Grades 6-8:
12:30-2 p.m.: Theatre Improvisations, Notorious Numbers, Art Exploration, Drawing & Painting

2-3:30 p.m.: Crazy Science, Computer Applications & Web Design, Spanish, Strengthening Reading Skills, Power Writing

3:30-5 p.m.: Theatre Improvisations, Notorious Numbers, Young Movie Directors' Class

All Grades:
12:30-2 p.m.: Fitness & Cheerleading

2-3:30 p.m.: Dance

3:30-5 p.m.: Shh!! Sign Language
