ST. PHILIP'S COLLEGE
12 Noon-6 p.m., Houston St. Near the Children's Museum and the Alamo, Houston Street Fair and Market. Volunteers from both SPC campuses will be on hand to spread the word about St. Philip's College. There will be carnival rides, face painting, arts and crafts and more. Parking is free beginning at noon in the city's St. Mary's Street parking garage located at 400 N. St. Mary's at Travis Street.
