Lulac Council #2 in partnership with the San Antonio College Women’s Center and the Alamo Community College Foundation will hold their scholarship awards ceremony. Twenty five students and their children will be awarded scholarships. In addition, there will be one more scholarship that will be awarded in memory of Lisa Rose Flores, who passed this year. Lisa had dedicated a great deal of time and effort to this program and was a long-time member of Lulac Council #2.

Dr. Kristine Clark, SAC executive vice president will host the kickoff and welcome and Andy Hernandez, executive director of the Wesley Center for Famiy and Neighborhood Development will present "Latino Leadership, Culture and Intellect - Our Rich Heritage and Untapped Wealth."
