The Alamo Community Colleges' extend their condolences to Carlos Solis in Advising at St. Philip's College Southwest Campus, and his family, on the loss of his stepfather, Jack Berghuis, who passed away on Monday, October 1, 2007. Mr. Berghuis, who was an employee of St. Philip's College from 1992-1997, was also the brother-in-law of Terry Guajardo, St. Philip's College test administrator. Funeral services were held on Friday, October 5, 2007.


The Alamo Community Colleges extend their condolences to Carol Riley, ACCD Ethics and Compliance Officer, and her family, on the loss of her husband, Jim Riley, one of the founding faculty members of Palo Alto College, who has taught business and accounting courses since 1985. Mr. Riley passed away this morning. Funeral arrangements are pending.
