If you would like to bring your class for a fun, interactive and eye-opening experience, please reserve your spot today! A hunger banquet is an interactive activity to help students think about poverty, social justice, and globalization in a whole new way. As students enter the room, they will be given a new identity. Based upon their new identity, they will learn that some “live to eat” and others “eat to live.” Participants will learn how the choices we make as consumers have a global impact. The experience can serve as a great jumping off point for discussion for all types of classes and disciplines. Please contact Neil Lewis , 348-2304, for more information.
