Beginning next week, all employees of the Alamo Community Colleges will be asked to complete the Personal Assessment of College Environ-ment (PACE) survey, a national survey that gauges the level of employee satisfaction within an institution. The purpose of the survey is to obtain the perceptions of personnel con-cerning institutional climate and to provide data to assist ACC in promoting more open and con-structive commun-ication among faculty, staff, and administrators. All responses will be strictly confidential.
