Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee

The ACCD Board of Trustees has appointed a 20 member Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee. The role of the committee is to:

  • Ensure that there is no movement of bond funds between the colleges of ACCD or any other entity not specifically set out in the bond proposal voted on by the public.
  • Review and discuss all major activities directly related to the construction projects funded by the bond in compliance and adherence to the $450 million Capital Improvement Plan adopted by the Board of Trustees at the August 15, 2005 special board meeting.
  • Report its views and recommendations to the Board of Trustees

The Citizens Bond Oversight Committee meets the first Monday of every month. For meeting minutes of the oversight committee, please see the Capital Improvement Project website.
