Northeast Lakeview College Guide
Thinking About Attending Northeast Lakeview College?
Well here's your opportunity to learn more about the campus. Northeast
Lakeview College is the newest member of the Alamo Community
Colleges. It will officially open in fall 2007 and currently
offers classes through a partnership with St. Philip's College
and San Antonio College to provide for the educational and
training needs of the people in the northeast sector of the
city. A student will be able to enroll in any class offered at
Northeast Lakeview College for which he / she is qualified as a St. Philip's College student or as a San Antonio College student. The student has the option to determine the college of choice, so become familiar with whichever school you decide to attend. Credits will be transcripted to the college designated by the student.

In just two
short years you can earn an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts
and gain the education and skills needed to become successful in
the working world today. Managing helpful college information
can be a challenge, especially when it comes to surfing the web.
The Northeast Lakeview College staff has attempted to include all the information in this site needed to complete your registration process. Our goal is to make this site as helpful to you the student as possible. If there is anything you feel we have missed or can do to make this site more helpful or responsive, please e-mail me Janice E. Wilson at jcwilson@accd.edu. We will be more than happy to welcome your input.
Financial Aid Information
The main purpose of federal and state aid is to help you, the student, go to college, even if you and your family do not have the financial means to pay for it. Of course the first step is to see how much you and your family can pay. That is why a federally designed and approved application (FASFA) is necessary. The information you provide in your application helps appropriate officials assess your ability to pay, and determine a financial package to help you meet your needs. If you qualify, The money is there, all you have to do is apply for it. There are four types of assistance: grants (money you don't have to pay back), college work-study (money you earn while you work), loans (money you have to pay back), and scholarships (money awarded). Don't ever give up, the money is there if you have the qualifications and desire to pursue it. For assistance and / or more information please call the St. Philip's College Financial Aid Services Office at (210) 531-3274, or call the San Antonio College Financial Aid Services Office at (210) 733-2150.
