Brief Bio of Debbie C. Hamilton

Debbie C. Hamilton
serves as Vice President of Student and Administrative Services of the Alamo Community College District's
Northeast Campus, a campus jointly administered by San Antonio College and St. Philip's College.
Northeast Campus will officially open as Northeast Lakeview
College in fall 2007. As Vice President of Student and
Administrative Services, Ms. Hamilton is the chief student
affairs and administrative officer of the campus. Her
duties include planning, budgeting and operations management.
Ms. Hamilton has been with
the Alamo Community College District for seven years and has
twenty years of experience in admissions, recruitment and retention, academic advising,
facilities management, and budgeting in 2-year public, 4-year public, and private institutions of higher education. Prior to coming to ACCD,
Hamilton served as the Director of Admissions and First Year
Advisement at Our Lady of the Lake University. Ms. Hamilton earned
a master's degree in Social Work and an MBA in Executive Management; she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration.
