The Information Technology Department provides planning, coordination, installation, and maintenance of campus technology and it provides technical support to all academic and administrative units. We also provide recommendations for purchasing, equipment setup, installation of hardware and software, implementation of off-campus connectivity, and assists other departments with planning.

The NLC Information Technology (IT) Help Desk is here!!! You can access the Help Desk by calling 486-5777 (65777 when calling from an Alamo Colleges VOIP phone) or by emailing nlc-helpdesk@alamo.edu . There will be a person on the phones Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm. There is a voicemail system that can take your call when Help Desk personnel are not available. The NLC IT Help Desk can handle many of your IT related issues immediately through remote connectivity with your workstation or they can contact an IT team member to help you. Let the NLC IT Help Desk be the your college single point of contact for all IT services, such as
Technology problems, such as:
