Course Reserves Request Form

Items that are placed on course reserve and that are reproductions of copyright protected materials, whether physical or electronic, must be in compliance with the Library's Course Reserve, College and District policies and the Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17, U.S. Code). We are implementing our E-Reserve system and will be able to digitize certain items to make them available through the ACCD Library Online Catalog.

Please wait until you hear from us that your course reserves are ready before sending students our direction. We ask that you read the Course Reserves guidelines for more information. Items such as book chapters, periodical articles, Internet pages, and instructor notes will be digitized and made available over the Online Catalog and will follow all compliance issues. These and other items on course reserve will be reviewed at the end of each semester. Faculty will be asked to update their requests at that time. Course reserve items that are reproductions of copyright protected materials will need permission to remain on reserve beyond the initial course reserve time period. Any questions can be directed to the Circulation Supervisor at 210.486.5387.
