Our goal is to make this site as helpful to you the student as possible.

Financial Aid Information

The main purpose of federal and state aid is to help you, the student, go to college, even if you and your family do not have the financial means to pay for it. Of course the first step is to see how much you and your family can pay. That is why a federally designed and approved application (FASFA) is necessary. The information you provide in your application helps appropriate officials assess your ability to pay, and determine a financial package to help you meet your needs. If you qualify, The money is there, all you have to do is apply for it. There are four types of assistance: grants (money you don't have to pay back), college work-study (money you earn while you work), loans (money you have to pay back), and scholarships (money awarded). Don't ever give up, the money is there if you have the qualifications and desire to pursue it. For assistance and / or more information please call the Financial Aid Services Office at (210) 590-5438.
