Debbie C. Hamilton serves as Vice President of Student Services of the Alamo Community College District's Northeast Lakeview College, a campus jointly administered by San Antonio College and St. Philip's College. As Vice President of Student Services, Ms. Hamilton is the chief student affairs officer of the campus.

Ms. Hamilton has been with the Alamo Community College District for seven years and has twenty years of experience in admissions, recruitment and retention, academic advising, facilities management, and budgeting in 2-year public, 4-year public, and private institutions of higher education. Prior to coming to ACCD, Hamilton served as the Director of Admissions and First Year Advisement at Our Lady of the Lake University. Ms. Hamilton earned a master's degree in Social Work and an MBA in Executive Management; she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration.
