As Vice President of College Services, Dr. Tangila Dove provides leadership to the Northeast Lakeview College administrative services. She oversees the alignment of budget and financial services, human resources, institutional effectiveness and planning, facilities development and support, and information technology striving to achieve the Alamo Community Colleges' overall goal of student success.

Dove is a fourteen year veteran in both operational and financial accounting, seven of which have been in the community college system. She also has experience in non-profit, local government agency work as well as in the private sector.

Prior to her role as Vice President of College Services, Dr. Dove served as the Director of College Services at Northeast Lakeview College. In this capacity her responsibilities included providing administrative services and budget support to academic departments within the institution where she supervised budget preparation and monitoring, equipment purchases, and personnel management.

Before joining Northeast Lakeview College in August 2006, she was the Campus Budget Officer at ACCD's St. Philip's College. She has also been an accounting adjunct faculty member at St. Philip's College - Northeast Campus and an operational management and technical management adjunct faculty member at Wayland Baptist University.

A native of Mississippi, Dr. Dove holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Capella University, a M.B.A from Webster University, and a B.A. in Accounting from Jackson State University.
