Welcome Faculty & Staff!

Northwest Vista College emphasizes a student-centered culture where the students and the community are at the center of our organizational chart, supported by faculty and staff. The college currently employs 106 full-time faculty and 498 adjunct (part-time) faculty that include instructors who teach continuing education. There are 133 full-time and 31 part-time support staff members who assist in areas as diverse as student enrollment, research, information technology and library, just to name a few.

The college culture emphasizes collaboration and a flat structure that empowers staff and faculty to be creative and innovative. Office spaces for faculty and staff are physically open work environments that encourage collaboration among disciplines.
