As leaders from across the campus, the NVC Executive team comes together to serve the holistic leadership needs of the college and to foster a culture of learning and service. We fulfill this role by setting high standards, sharing information across the campus, working to support college-wide initiatives, making strategic decisions that support the mission, vision and values and deploying the strategic plan throughout the broader campus community.
