In general, data will only be provided in the aggregate: All requests will adhere to guidelines set forth by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). For information regarding FERPA, please visit: http://www.ed.gov/policy/gen/reg/ferpa/index.html.
Requests will generally be answered in three to six weeks, depending on the complexity. Please give us as much notice as possible when requesting data; some requests take longer than others depending on the nature of the data. Describe your data needs with as much detail as possible. The more information that you provide, the more quickly your request will be completed and returned.
Data reports intended for external use or publication must be approved by the Alamo Colleges District Institutional Research and Effectiveness Services before use.
