The budgeting office of the Performance Excellence Team coordinates financial support for College operations and initiatives. To accomplish this, our primary functions include:

• Budget planning and development in conjunction with the strategic planning process each fiscal year.
• Regular monitoring and maintenance of the College budget, including facilitating transactions to accommodate changes.
• Coordinate ongoing training and support for budget managers and support personnel.
• Serve as liaison between NVC and ACCD Fiscal Affairs.
