Who should take an internationalized course?

Anyone can take an internationalized course. They are open to any ACCD student.
An internationalized course or an internationalized section will meet the same requirements as any other course with the extra benefit of viewing the material from other cultural perspectives.

Why should students join the International Studies Degree Program?

The International Studies Degree Program (IDSP) allows students to pursue the career path of their choice, whether it is teaching, journalism, criminal justice or another profession. They will complete the required core courses, but they will register for internationalized sections of those courses. In this way, they will expand their horizons and increase their employability by participating in the ISDP while completing their Associate of Arts Degree.

Is it necessary to be an International Studies major to take an internationalized course?

No, any student would benefit from taking an internationalized course.
