This program prepares students for Microsoft Certification exams whereby they can earn their Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) and Microsoft Systems Certified Engineer (MSCE) certifications. Students learn to recognize and address technical issues with hardware and software, install and configure client/server operating systems and related peripherals in a Help Desk environment.
