Northwest Vista College ID's

Student ID’s:

  1. Register for classes
  2. Pay tuition and fees
  3. Provide your driver’s license (or other form of picture ID)
  4. Provide your SSN

Students are required to present a valid Northwest Vista College Identification Card (with a current semester validation sticker) for access to services such as library usage, computer labs, physical education facilities, special events, academic advisement, requesting transcripts, etc.

Staff and Faculty ID’s:

  1. Check with your supervisor to ensure you are in the Employee Central database.
  2. Provide your driver’s license (or other form of picture ID)
  3. Provide your SSN

*Please remember to update the semester sticker each semester to validate that you are still a current student, staff or faculty member.*

***There is no charge for your first ID.***

A $5.00 fee may be required for replacement ID cards.
